John Fieldly
JOHN FIELDLY
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John Fieldly serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and operational efficiency. With a strong background in financial leadership and operational management, John has successfully aided the growth and stability of Celsius Holdings, Inc. Since assuming the role of CEO in April 2018, the company has experienced notable progress, with Celsius’ revenue taking a substantial increase. Under his leadership, Celsius has emerged as a prominent player in the energy drink market, achieving significant milestones such as surpassing $1.3 billion in annual revenue in 2023, following a distribution partnership with PepsiCo established in 2022. Moreover, John has led Celsius’ expansion into international markets, broadening the company’s global footprint.

Prior to his employment as CEO, John served in various leadership capacities within the organization, including Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2017 and interim CEO and CFO from 2017 to 2018. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, John enjoys personal interests such as being outdoors in the Florida sun. He finds relaxation in outdoor activities such as fishing, cycling, and recreational soccer, reflecting his commitment to Living Fit.

Jarrod Langhans
Chief Financial Officer

Jarrod Langhans serves as Chief Financial Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he oversees financial operations and growth initiatives. Since joining Celsius in 2022, he led the company through a rapid period of growth with revenue increasing more than 300% to surpass $1.3 billion in fiscal year 2023 while also building out the finance function. Jarrod oversaw the financial and strategic elements of PepsiCo’s investment in Celsius and the long-term distribution agreement with the company which has supported broad distribution expansion. Jarrod also worked closely with the operations team to improve performance across inventory management and manufacturing efficiency, which resulted in significant gross margin improvements.

Prior to Celsius, Jarrod was CFO at Eden Springs, a division of Primo Water, from 2020 to 2022 after having served in various senior management roles for eight years at the company. 

Jarrod lives in South Florida, where he is an active member of the community across a number of groups such as Cub Scouts, where he has been a den leader for the last two years, and most recently joined the Southeast Florida Area Board of the American Cancer Society, as well as the fiCFO. Jarrod received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.

Tony Guilfoyle
Chief Commercial Officer
Tony Guilfoyle serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he oversees the company’s global commercial sales and strategy, which includes the expansion and management of the global direct store delivery (DSD) network, global field sales, global key accounts, and global food service channels. Since Tony joined the company in 2020, the sales organization significantly contributed to Celsius’ growth. Tony’s expertise in team building and fostering customer relationships has been crucial in achieving remarkable success, as evidenced by his expansion of sales and category management teams at Celsius, which were honored with the industry’s prestigious 7-Eleven Supplier of the Year, Non-Alcohol, Award.

Prior to Celsius, Tony served 11 years as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Rockstar Energy Drink, where he grew the brand to be the third largest in the energy drink category. His contributions to Celsius and the broader industry have contributed to his reputation as a dynamic and effective leader in the global beverage commercial landscape.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis and lives in South Florida.

Kyle Watson
Kyle Watson
Chief Marketing Officer

Kyle Watson serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where she’s responsible for global brand strategy, expanding portfolio brand awareness and market share in North America and brand growth in emerging international markets. Since joining the company in 2019, Kyle has developed a proven track record of creating innovative marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales as well as driving portfolio strategy through successful innovation launches and portfolio expansion.

Between 2016 and 2019, Kyle served as the head of Marketing at Hiball Energy, where she was responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive, national strategy, and ultimately positioning the brand for acquisition by Anheuser Busch in 2017. Prior to Hiball Energy, Kyle held marketing roles of increasing responsibility with various organizations across the retail, sports and CPG industries. 

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Florida State University. She lives in South Florida.

Toby David
Chief of Staff

Toby David serves as Chief of Staff of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and uniting leaders across all functions to drive strategic planning, portfolio commercialization, completion of company-wide projects and initiatives, as well as investor relations and corporate communications. Since joining the company in 2013, Toby has played a pivotal role in helping Celsius bounce back from the brink of failure to what is now one of the fastest-growing energy drink brands in the world. Early in his Celsius career, Toby led the fitness sales channel that made Celsius into a staple in gyms and studios across the United States.

Prior to joining Celsius, Toby held various sales roles for health and wellness product companies. He also served as an on-air sports talk radio host for the CBS affiliate in Tampa Bay. 

Toby holds a bachelor’s degree from Furman University. He played college and minor-league baseball for the Marlins organization. Toby lives in South Florida with his wife Kim and two doting dogs Billy and Jenner. On weekends, he enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors. 

Paul Storey
Chief Supply Chain Officer

Paul Storey serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he is responsible for overseeing Celsius’ global production and operational strategies. Since joining the company in 2021, Paul has been instrumental in scaling its global supply chain for further brand growth around the world and has brought multiple new products to market across several Celsius brands.

Paul worked in the beverage industry for 30 years prior to joining Celsius. He served four years as Vice-President of Operations for Monster Energy and 11 years as Head of Operations for Rockstar Energy. Paul has held leadership roles at top beverage companies such as Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Cott (now Refresco). Paul brings experience in vendor management, procurement, and logistics management, as well as in building high-performance, self-motivated teams.

Paul holds a degree in economics from University College London and lives in South Florida with his family. His hobbies include boating and fishing.

Rich Mattessich
Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary

Rich has served as Celsius Holdings, Inc.’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since November 2023 and as Chief Compliance Officer since February 2024. Rich is a highly collaborative, respected business leader who is influential with key stakeholders and has a proven track record of driving a unified approach in achieving corporate objectives.

Prior to joining Celsius, from August 2019 to October 2023, Rich served as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Securities at ADT Inc. From 2005 to 2019, he was with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and, most recently, also as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Rich was a Partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, a partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP, and an associate with Buchannan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, with a focus throughout his legal career on corporate securities law and corporate governance.

Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University, and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.  Rich was also previously a certified public accountant. 

ROBIN LYBECK
Managing Director – Europe

Robin Lybeck serves as the Managing Director of EMEA for Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he oversees commercial operations and profit and loss delivery for the region. Since joining the company in 2019, Robin has transformed Celsius’ business by making it the fastest-growing energy drink brand in Finland and Sweden, which resulted in restoring Celsius’ market share to double-digits for the EMEA region. Currently, Robin is overseeing the expansion of Celsius in Great Britain and Ireland.

Between 2004 and 2015, Robin held various management roles within sales, marketing, and general management at Coca-Cola in Finland and Sinebrychoff of Carlsberg Breweries.  

Robin holds a master’s degree in economics from the Hanken School of Economics and is a member of the Board of Directors of Timoteos Oy, a family-owned company that designs, manufactures, and sells standing frames for children with disabilities. Robin lives in Helsinki, Finland, and enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with his family at his house in the Finnish archipelago.

Ronnie Char
RONNIE CHAR
Managing Director – Asia
Ronnie Char serves as the Managing Director of Asia for Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he oversees the Asia Pacific markets and licensing business in Mainland China. Since joining the company in 2017, he has expanded Celsius’ footprint into Asia, with production and distribution in over 10 markets including China, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, and Taiwan.

Prior to Celsius, Ronnie spent over 10 years at PepsiCo and three years at Red Bull across finance, sales, marketing and general management roles. 

Ronnie holds a bachelor’s degree in chartered accountancy from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) and is a certified public accountant. Ronnie lives in Hong Kong and in Toronto with his wife, Sandy, and their two children. A past full- and half-marathon runner, Ronnie reignited his passion for running after participating in three Celsius-sponsored races in Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong in 2023. Running has now become an integral part of his Live Fit lifestyle.

Danielle Babich
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Danielle Babich serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Celsius Holdings, Inc., where she is responsible for talent management and recruiting, as well as managing employee benefits, training, and talent development. Since joining the company in 2021, Danielle has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of Celsius’ HR division, facilitating its expansion from under 100 to over 1,000 employees globally. She and her team have led the implementation of new HR processes and systems, as well as the rollout of new employee benefit offerings that have increased the company’s employee retention and recruitment efforts.

Prior to her tenure at Celsius, Danielle contributed her expertise to the HR department of a dynamic engineering firm undergoing substantial merger and acquisition activities. Here, she played a pivotal role in facilitating the integration of the teams and culture, retaining key talent, and ensuring that everyone was empowered to contribute and grow within.

Danielle holds an associate degree in hospitality administration and management from Pittsburgh Technical College and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership at Robert Morris University. Additionally, she serves on the Board of the CELSIUS Live Fit Foundation.

Residing in South Florida with her daughter, Danielle enjoys engaging in enriching weekend getaways filled with diverse activities and exploration.

Brant P. Burchfield
Senior Vice President, Growth & Strategic Planning

Brant Burchfield serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategic Planning for Celsius Holdings, Inc., where he leads the company’s multi-year, comprehensive growth strategy and strategic planning efforts. Additionally, he oversees the brand and consumer insights team, as well as domestic and international special projects. Since joining the company in 2023, Brant has excelled in sales, marketing, strategy, and commercial leadership, consistently driving outstanding performance while fostering team development.

Prior to joining Celsius, Brant spent over 25 years in various leadership roles with Keurig Dr Pepper, formerly Dr Pepper Snapple Group, including national retail sales, foodservice, category management, shopper marketing, bottler and distributor management, and commercial and channel strategy. 

Brant holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas A&M University. Outside of Celsius, Brant serves as a Friend of The Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute and volunteers for SUMC New Hope Ministries. Brant lives in South Florida with his wife Paige, has three adult children, is an avid foodie, and enjoys spending his leisure time outdoors and watching anything Aggie-sports related.
